Architectural Improvements Guidelines and Form

The following information is for the Architectural Committee to review any fences placed on lots. If you have any other type of improvement you wish to make, contact any of the Architectural Committee members listed on the home page. All structural improvements must be reviewed and approved by the architectural committee.

Fence Guidelines

Fences must meet the following minimum guidelines:

It is highly recommended that you have your lot surveyed before constructing any fence. The Homeowners Association is not responsible for any incorrectly placed fences. Where the builders have graded is only an approximation to the correct property boundaries.

Complete this form and mail it to the specified address. No improvement may be started until you receive written permission to do so. All work must be completed in a professional manner.

I/We have attached to this request: (1) a copy of the plans and/or diagram, with dimensions and type of materials to be used; and (2) a copy of the plot plan for our lot, with the proposed improvements to be constructed drawn on the plan where they are to be located.

I/We understand that: (a) if this request is granted, I/We may still have to apply to the appropriate govermental agency for any required building permits, and I/We must comply with all applicable building codes, etc.; and (b) construction may not start until and approved copy of this request is returned to me/us.
